What the inbox is for#
| Topic | Guidance |
|---|---|
| Press, business and collaborations | Publishing proposals, interviews, partnerships and anything about the studio's games all go here. There is nothing to embargo yet; there will be. |
| Technology questions and bug reports | Include the package version, Unity version, platform and the exact NF.PERSIST… code if there is one. Support lists what makes a report actionable. |
| Documentation corrections | Say which page and which sentence. If a page and the package disagree, the package wins and the page is a documentation bug. |
| Security reports | Send to the same address with a subject beginning SECURITY. Please do not publish a working exploit. |
| Hiring | Freelance and internship enquiries go to the same address. Careers explains the programme and what intake is currently doing. |
Before writing#
Three places answer most questions faster than an email can:
- Documentation — installation, quick start, configuration, error codes.
- Troubleshooting — symptoms with causes and fixes.
- Limitations — a documented boundary is not a defect, and we would rather point you at it than have you discover it in production.
What we will not do#
- We will not promise a response time, and we will not invent one on this page.
- We will not discuss or review a project's source code by email. A minimal reproduction is the useful artefact.
- We do not run a public issue tracker or community chat for the package; this inbox is the channel.
Privacy#
This website collects nothing: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking pixels and no third-party embeds beyond the web-font request described in the privacy policy. Emails you send are used to answer you and for nothing else.
